
I work with individuals and couples to improve dynamics and reduce distress in their lives, with a particular focus on relationship cycles, anxiety, and grief and loss.
I practice from a warm, collaborative, non-judgmental stance with a therapeutic style that is direct and empathic. I draw from a mix of principles in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic and relational therapy, to help clients reach their goals.

COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT AND INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS
We focus on understanding your current challenges, process experiences, bring awareness and insight to thought patterns, and support you to find your inner guide. My therapy is collaborative and relational, and utilizes psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, among other modalities, to provide a judgement-free, supportive environment to explore and experience change.
COUPLES THERAPY
Trained in Advanced Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Imago Therapy, we will explore and learn new patterns of emotional responses, language and new ways to interact and communicate with one another in order to achieve your goals as a couple. This type of therapy brings in awareness of attachment and family history to understand a view of self. It is conducted in a non-judgmental, confidential way with couples with lasting results.
